​As a technician I was responsible for cleaning customer's carpets and furniture to a standard that achieved the company the BBB's top rating for the duration of my employment. I kept my product knowledge up to date at all times, going beyond what was required to know about products, their ingredients and uses. All of my customers were very pleased with my work and I was requested for their next cleaning more often than not. My experience in car sales carried over in being able to upsell various products, making the company a larger profit.

​Sales isn't for everyone, but I survived and thrived in it for years. Knowing how to quickly build rapport with a customer is an asset which I picked up very quickly along the way. Knowing not just the company products, but the competition's products as well is a must in the sales industry, so I took it upon myself on my own time to do so. My experience in sales has probably taught me the most out of any job about myself. At Victoria Hyundai I sold 6 cars in a day, going out of my way to ensure all of my customers got the attention they deserved and were happy.

​Beginning as an after school and weekend job, I worked with my father learning how to install tile, kitchens, custom handrails and more. I was trained to do things flawlessly and with finesse right from the beginning, applying myself 110%, and leaving all other distractions outside of the workplace. When I branched out on my own, I grew used to long days due to the high demand of my services and thoroughly enjoyed applying my creativity and problem solving to all the jobs I completed.
